Yes you can send the gallery via email and no additional software is needed in order to view it.
If you create your gallery in “C:\Gallery1” for example just zip that folder and send it via email. Your family will have to extract the archive somewhere and double click the index.html file inside and the gallery will be displayed in their default web browser
